Privacy Policy

inFamily is a private app for a single family — chat, learning, chores and family organization with an AI helper, “Liza”. We built it for families, not advertisers. We do not show ads and we never sell your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have.

Who we are

inFamily (“we”, “the app”) is the data controller for the information you provide. Contact: privacy@infamily.app.

What data we collect

• Account & sign-in. Your name and the identifier from your chosen sign-in method (Telegram ID or Google account). We do not store passwords.
• Family profiles. The names, ages, roles, avatars and optional notes you add for family members, including children, set up by the head of the family.
• Content you create. Chat messages, voice messages, photos, tasks, chores, rewards/points, saved quotes, time capsules, documents you upload (e.g. passports, insurance), and health notes.
• School data (optional). If you connect a school account (EduPage / Google Classroom), we sync grades, homework and attendance for the linked child.
• Notifications. Push subscription tokens for the browser/device, and Telegram chat IDs if you enable Telegram alerts.
• Technical. Basic logs (timestamps, error events, time zone) needed to run the service securely.

How we use it

Only to provide the app: show your family their day, deliver chat and notifications, sync school info you asked for, calculate points, and let Liza help with homework, planning and reminders. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it.

AI assistant (Liza)

When you talk to Liza or use voice/photo fill, the relevant text or image is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response, then returned to you. This processing is solely to answer you; it is not used to train third-party models. Liza is designed to guide, not to hand children direct homework answers.

Children’s privacy

inFamily is a family-managed space. A parent or guardian (the head of the family) creates and manages children’s profiles and controls what is shared. Children’s data is used only inside the family’s private space and is never sold or used for advertising. A parent can edit or delete a child’s data at any time.

Third-party services we rely on

• Anthropic — the AI that powers Liza.
• Google — optional sign-in and Google Classroom sync.
• Telegram — optional sign-in and notifications.
• EduPage — optional school grades/attendance sync you initiate.
• Vercel, Neon (EU), Upstash, Vercel Blob — hosting, database, realtime and file storage.

These providers process data on our behalf to run the service. Your family’s data is not shared with anyone else.

Storage & security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure in the EU and transmitted over HTTPS. Sensitive connector credentials (e.g. school passwords) are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used only to sync the data you asked for. Access is restricted to your family’s tenant.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your family uses the app. You can delete individual items (messages, documents, profiles) inside the app at any time. To delete your whole account and all associated family data, see Account & data deletion or email privacy@infamily.app. We action deletion requests within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR), you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and may object to certain processing. Contact privacy@infamily.app and we will respond.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.

Какие данные мы собираем

• Аккаунт и вход. Ваше имя и идентификатор способа входа (Telegram ID или аккаунт Google). Пароли мы не храним.
• Профили семьи. Имена, возраст, роли, аватары и заметки членов семьи, включая детей, которые добавляет глава семьи.
• Ваш контент. Сообщения чата, голосовые, фото, задания, обязанности, баллы/награды, цитаты, капсулы времени, загруженные документы и заметки о здоровье.
• Школьные данные (по желанию). При подключении школы (EduPage / Google Classroom) — оценки, домашние задания и посещаемость привязанного ребёнка.
• Уведомления. Push-токены устройства и Telegram-ID, если вы включили уведомления.
• Технические. Базовые логи (время, ошибки, часовой пояс) для безопасной работы сервиса.

Как мы их используем

Только для работы приложения: показать семье её день, доставлять чат и уведомления, синхронизировать выбранную школьную информацию, считать баллы и помогать через Лизу. Мы не используем данные для рекламы или профилирования и не продаём их.

ИИ-помощник (Лиза)

Когда вы пишете Лизе или используете голос/фото-заполнение, соответствующий текст или изображение отправляется нашему ИИ-провайдеру Anthropic для ответа и возвращается вам. Это нужно исключительно для ответа и не используется для обучения сторонних моделей. Лиза направляет, а не выдаёт детям готовые ответы.

Конфиденциальность детей

inFamily — это пространство, которым управляет семья. Родитель или опекун (глава семьи) создаёт профили детей и управляет тем, что доступно. Данные детей используются только внутри частного пространства семьи, никогда не продаются и не идут в рекламу. Родитель может изменить или удалить данные ребёнка в любой момент.

Сторонние сервисы

• Anthropic — ИИ, на котором работает Лиза.
• Google — вход и синхронизация Google Classroom (по желанию).
• Telegram — вход и уведомления (по желанию).
• EduPage — синхронизация оценок/посещаемости (по вашей инициативе).
• Vercel, Neon (ЕС), Upstash, Vercel Blob — хостинг, БД, realtime и хранение файлов.

Хранение и безопасность

Данные хранятся на управляемой инфраструктуре в ЕС и передаются по HTTPS. Чувствительные учётные данные коннекторов (например, пароли от школы) шифруются (AES-256-GCM) и используются только для синхронизации запрошенных вами данных.

Срок хранения и удаление

Мы храним данные, пока ваша семья пользуется приложением. Отдельные элементы можно удалить прямо в приложении. Чтобы удалить весь аккаунт и все данные семьи — см. Удаление аккаунта и данных или напишите на privacy@infamily.app. Запросы на удаление мы обрабатываем в течение 30 дней.

Ваши права
